We are dedicated to offering personalized, one-on-one assistance to direct families to local, state, and government resources specific to their unique circumstances. Beyond being a resource navigator, we aim to inspire and educate families on the importance of using their families' stories and challenges to advocate for changes in state policies and regulations supporting those with disabilities. Furthermore, we seek to launch a respite service for eligible recipients of community-based services and provide in-person support for families' special education meetings to ensure their children's needs are addressed."

What We Need

We seek your support to register as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3). Once we meet our initial Goal, we will need support in several critical components that will enable us to serve our community effectively:

Initial Goal: $3,000.00

State and IRS Filing Fees: Your donations will cover the necessary state and IRS filing fees to officially register Slope Cares as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. This status will allow us to receive tax-deductible donations and apply for grants.
